We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. "Raise" wouldn't be a suiting word though, since it mainly referrers more to an (passive) action that is controlled someone, like raising a child.
"Rise" is more a word for the action done by one self. Sun rise, or if you rise yourself up. I really check those kind of stuff and try to find the most suiting translation for it.
